one on one and group sound baths

you will be setup in a very cozy comfortable atmosphere where you will be lying down for the duration of the sound activation 

we’ll start off with a simple smudge cleansing with smoke from high vibrational herbs and a simple breathing exercise to get you grounded and cleared

i have a range of specific frequency tuned instruments from gongs, singing bowls, tuning forks, drums, rattles and more that will be used. i also blend in indigenous medicine songs that i sing as i feel called.

this work is done as: a private one on one, for couples, or two friends at our private roxbury location

sound baths for groups may be booked for private events, corporate events, retreats, and as a special off site offering.
