There are approximately 25 million smallholder farmers producing 80% of the world’s coffee; only about a dozen are certified Biodynamic® coffee farms. Sourced only from fair-trade, regenerative, and certified Biodynamic® farms. This coffee is roasted to the exacting specifications in coordination with a family run roaster that works exclusively with organic and fair-trade coffee farmers. They roast with the goal of retaining the abundance of antioxidants that are so often diminished in traditional roasts. Best Before: 1 year after ship date. These preserved nutrients protect against the cell damage and inflammation that are often the root of chronic illness. Size: 10 oz.
