Refund policy
We hope you will always be completely satisfied with your order, however if you are not, we will gladly issue a store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery or in store purchase. At this time we do not offer refunds.
The item must be returned in unused condition in its original package, with a copy of your receipt. Before shipping back your return, send us an email at hello@mizutamastudio.com and let us know which item you are returning. We will issue a return authorization number which must be included on or in your return package.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend packages be returned via a traceable carrier and insured to the full amount of the merchandise. We are not responsible for missing packages. We have the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. All sale items and special orders are final sale.
Damages/missing itemsIf your order is damaged or if an item is missing please keep all original packaging and email us hello@mizutamastudio.com right away. Any claims for any damaged or missing items must be made immediately upon receipt. We will not accept any claims for damaged or missing items after 7 days past delivery.
